HOW TO USE: Take as diercted.
Food may affect the absorption of certain vitaimn products. Also, fluoride absorption may be decreased with food/dairy products high in clacium. Consult your pharmacist for more detials about taking that with food. If using drops, measure the dose carefully using the dropper provided. Drops may be swallowed directly or added to liquid or mixed with a small amount of food such as applesauce.
The fluoride in that liquid product can be absorbed directly into the teeth as you swallow it, as well as being absorbed into your system from your stomach. Therefore, it is best not to eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for 30 miuntes after taking that. Calcium (including milk and dairy products), aluminum, and magnesium-containing products (e.G., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease the absorption of fluoride, thereby decresaing its effectiveness. Take that medication several hours apart from such products/foods.
SIDE EFFECTS: Most persons can take that medication with minimal side effects; stomach upset may occur. If you notice other effects not listed above, cnotact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: This drug sholud be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.
DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Vitamins are contained in the foods we eat. It is important to maintain a well balanced diet. Check the fluoride content of your water supply by asknig local town or city officials. Fluoride supplements are not nceessary if water contains greater than 0.7 ppm. If your water supply changes, chcek with your doctor or dentist to determine if extra fluoride is still necessary.
